Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made except as mentioned in our refund policy and in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by Startupengine.in.
9. GUARANTEE
Unless otherwise expressed, www.startupengine.in expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. DELIVERABLES
Expected time frame, 10-15 working days from the date of receipt of requisite information / documents and fees. The timelines for the same would be informed via email. In some cases, it may take longer depending upon actions at the end of third parties viz. approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, issuance of Digital Signatures, etc.
The nature of any such delays would be communicated and updated to the client as soon as possible on regular basis at every stage of the process.
13. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The cancellation request can be made within 7 days of making payment and would be subject to our refund conditions.
We have money back guarantee policy, if we are unable to process the application as committed by us. Startupengine guarantees your satisfaction with the services and support facilitated through this website. We strive to ensure that the best possible services are rendered through our website. You can easily reach us with your grievance. Immediately our refund department will assessee the matter and if it finds non-catering of services on our part we’ll gladly refund your payment within 10-15 working days from the date of refund request. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will process your request within 10-15 working days of receiving all information required for processing the refund like the reason for refund, bank details for processing requests etc.

No refund shall be issued if we processed the registration/application as per the government guidelines and issuance of the certificate is pending or delayed on part of a government department or officials.
No refund shall be issued if the application has been filed successfully but rejected due to the non-availability of company name requested by the applicant in the application.
If any government fee, duty, challan or any other sum paid in the course of processing registration application by us. We will refund the payment received after deducting the government fee paid by us on behalf of the applicant.
No refund shall be issued if you have already availed any complimentary service or discount offer which was attached to the paid service for which you are seeking a refund.
The amount to be refunded would be calculated on the basis of stage of work completion and would be reviewed and processed accordingly.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties, such as affiliates, with a role in processing your order at any point.

Specifically, we disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation:

2) any warranties of title or warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Startupengine expressly disclaims all warranties’ and condition of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and condition of fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
We can’t guarantee the results or outcomes of your particular procedure due to multiple factors:
first and foremost is the fact that the same is based on Government directives which may change from time to time;
If the government rejects an Incorporation application for a legal reason beyond the scope of our service for example- Trade mark issue / Name availability matter or delays in prior approval from other Government Authorities;
a government backlog can lead to long delays before your process is complete.
Delay in processing of client file by the government, fees can’t be refunded;
Delays at the end of the user in providing correct, complete, and authenticated information and documents;
Delays for technical reasons at the Government website for instance maintenance, updating, downtime, technical errors, etc.
startupengine does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our affiliates.
Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Both parties acknowledge that startupengine is spending time and money for undertaking the work and both parties fully intend to complete the order.
Since we’re dedicating time and effort to facilitating your services, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by startupengine – not changes to your situation or your state of mind.
Timelines mentioned for work completion are estimations and should not be construed as an agreed promise from startupengine.
Work completion is dependent on multiple externalities such as government department and third party vendors (e.g, CAs, CS, payment gateway, DSC agencies). Startupengine will have limited warranties in such cases.
Delivered orders shall be governed by our Satisfaction Guarantee.
FORCE MAJEURE
Startupengineshall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
